Brady grew up in a family where his sisters played volleyball and as they got into college he realized how much he loved the game. He helped found the SVU (Southern Virginia University) Men's Club team many years ago, which has now become an NCAA Volleyball team.
Brady loves playing volleyball and being around volleyball of any sort. Whether it be indoor volleyball or outdoor volleyball, you name it and he will be there. He is a firm believer in what Echo stands for and wants to help improve each athletes life and increase the love for the game.

Kiersten is new to Echo this year, but we are very excited to have someone with her skill set joining our staff. Kiersten is currently an Elementary PE Specialist of 3 years and a coach of 4 years. She is excited and dedicated to improving skills and fitness of young student-athletes. Kiersten also attended Weber State where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance Management and 2 minors in coaching and nutrition. Kiersten ran track for the Wildcats but volleyball has always been her passion. She enjoyed coaching 2 years of high school volleyball but has really found her niche at the jr. high.
